Did you know that ITIL 4 is Agile?
Kaimar Karu worked as Head of Product Strategy and Development at AXELOS, at the time the ITIL framework was upgraded from ITIL 3 to ITIL 4. He will tell the story behind ITIL 4, and how it is deeply grounded in agile principles and agile way of thinking. At the same time is well suited for hybrid organizations, with one foot in traditional-, and one foot in modern IT.
Nevertheless – a framework is just a framework. Sometimes it is used in NOT so agile ways. So, in this session we have asked Kaimar to go through the core principles of ITIL 4, and why they are important. He will also share from his wide experience on how to use the framework to guide agile transformations.
